In this coaching series Rebecca will go through your kitchen with you and help you organize, prepare and plan for more efficiency in all things cooking, shopping and planning meals for you and your family. This coaching will insure you will waste less, save more and enjoy all things that involve your kitchen. Weekly cooking services also available.

Hybrid Bodywork Sessions

Intuitive bodywork sessions that consist of deep tissue, reiki, cupping, sound healing, aromatherapy, Tui Na, and more.
Spend the first 5 minutes checking in with Rebecca to make sure that you are communicating your body’s needs. The session is not a choreographed massage it is intuitively guided bodywork to help you feel more connection.
Water Workout
starting at $200/hr
One hour in your pool alone or with friends. Stay cool, work hard, have fun. Rebecca has been teaching this class since 1992. What started as an older clientele in an all Women’s gym, is now available to all people of every age and stage of life in the privacy of your own pool alone or with family and friends. This class is a serious workout like no other. Take the plunge, Don’t dip a toe, dive all the way in to discover the power, therapeutic and healing workout in the water.

Closing Bones Ceremony

A sacred ritual that honors the body, mind, and spirit of the mother providing a space for healing and transformation after childbirth. We are discovering the therapeutic benefits of this ceremony not only for postpartum community but for anyone experiencing anxiety, grief and in any transition in life that requires the need for a feeling of long, safe hug. Only recently did Rebecca discover that her Mother was given this ceremony by both of her grandmothers after giving birth to all four of her children. This adds depth, meaning and intention to the ritual as the Mexican lineage of Rebecca’s grandmothers is passed on.
Baby Blessing Ceremony
starting at $600
This is a customized ceremony designed to bring ritual, community, family, traditions and blessings to the expectant parents. This is in addition to, in place of or integrated into a traditional baby shower. Your guests are invited to participate in a more meaningful way as you they surround you and help your prepare for your transition into being a family.
This is a great offering for parents expecting past their first child.
