In this 4 week workshop we will explore your body, breath, mind and heart through the lens of yoga…beginning exactly where you are today. We will learn basic body alignment for the most common yoga poses that you will encounter in a group class as well as breathing techniques, basic meditation tools and personal inquiry work to understand and deepen your relationship with your body, breath and life.
