Which Class Should I Take?

At Wellborn Lifestyles we are aiming to help you create a healthy lifestyle or enhance the healthy lifestyle you already have. Commitment and dedication to YOU has to be the priority to make these changes. We want to help you start by breaking away from labels and levels of classes. We want you to come in and have health, wellness and fitness experience that you don't think you have to fit in to before you even start or try! This is why all of the teachers at Wellborn Lifestyles are well trained, creative, safe, fun, inspiring and enthusiastic about what they do. Each Wellborn Lifestyles instructor knows how to work with injuries, beginners, elderly, pre/postnatal and pretty much anyone with a heart and soul. We want you to walk in to a class that fits your schedule, or go to a teacher you like, or try showing up for any class on our schedule to start your lifestyle enhancement.

With that said, we know that you still need a some information to make your decision. Luckily, our instructors jumped at the chance to tell you, in their own words, a little bit of what you would experience in one of their classes.

REBECCA'S CLASS will make you think, feel, work, surrender and want more. No matter which class you take, YOU will be considered in the sequencing that is unique and creative.

ELIZABETH'S CLASS will make you sweat and work hard while you move with your breath. The thoroughness of this class helps you remember who you are and where you came from. this class is solid. Good thing there are cold, lavender towels for you after class.

CARMEN"S CLASS will help you explore your body and practice from an inquisitive yet fun angle and find the guidance to use your breath to dive deeper into your strength.

DANA'S CLASS will make you sweat and restore while finding your center. Tapping into both Yin and Yang energies, you will be able to get the best of both worlds. A restorative wind down will leave you feeling blissfully balanced.

JENN'S CLASS is comprised of restorative holds on the floor with props and reiki adjustments. Sunday night magic to prepare you for a Mindful Monday.

JULIET’S CLASS will be thoughtful and thorough no matter which one you take. You will feel deeply connected to your strength after any of her classes.

MARC'S CLASS will be powerful and focused. The playful style and sequencing reminds you to live FULL BLAST.

BAHIA’S CLASS will leave you feeling open and grounded. You will tap into the power of your breath and body awareness to mindfully meditate in motion.

SEAN'S CLASS will get you out of your head and into your body. With a deep focus on the breath, you will move and flow with this traditional vinyasa flow.

BRITT'S CLASS will empower you to embrace your inner Goddess as you sweat and dance your inhibitions away.

PETER’S CLASS will teach you a form of meditation that is not to escape from the moment, but to immerse into it. You will learn to cultivate neutrality.
